Absolutely! Reception tables and chairs are included with your rental, along with bench seating for outdoor ceremonies.

We also handle the setup and teardown of reception tables and chairs, so that’s one less thing for you to worry about.

Once you’re ready to reserve your date, we’ll send you a proposal that includes your contract and invoice. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially secure your date.

Everything can be completed online for your convenience.

We accept cash, check, ACH, and debit or credit cards. Payments may be made online or directly through Highbanks.

Credit cards are subject to a processing fee.

We offer two flexible payment options for wedding collections:

Pay in Full: Pay your wedding collection in full at booking and receive a 5% discount.

Monthly Payments: A $1,000 non-refundable retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance divided into monthly payments.

All wedding collection balances must be paid in full two months prior to the event date.

Bar Package fee is separate.

Yes. All weddings at Highbanks are required to carry event insurance.

Non-wedding events are only required to carry event insurance when alcohol will be served.

Event insurance is typically inexpensive and can be purchased through most insurance providers. Specific coverage requirements will be provided prior to your event.

Wedding clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings, outside decor and other items brought into the venue.

Event cleanup is available as an optional add-on for couples who would prefer to leave the end-of-night cleanup to the Highbanks team.

Items used from the Highbanks Decor Collection may be left for our team to put away.

Bridal suites and getting-ready spaces should be left tidy. Any spills or excessive messes should be cleaned before departure. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience.

To help protect the venue and property, confetti, glitter, rice, silly string, fog machines, and similar materials are not permitted.

Nails, tacks, staples, glue, duct tape, or other materials that may damage walls or surfaces may not be used.

Fireworks and pyrotechnics are prohibited. Handheld sparklers are permitted outdoors in designated areas with prior approval.

No. Outside alcohol is not permitted at Highbanks.

Highbanks operates a fully licensed, in-house bar. All alcoholic beverages served or consumed on the property must be purchased and served through Highbanks.

This includes alcohol brought in by clients, guests, wedding parties or vendors. Outside alcohol, BYOB, coolers or personal alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Failure to follow this policy may result in alcohol service being suspended and/or the event being ended.

Bar services are separate from wedding collection and venue rental pricing.

Absolutely! Highbanks is an open-vendor venue, giving you the freedom to choose the professionals who best fit your style, vision and budget.

While we’re happy to provide recommendations, you are not required to choose from a preferred vendor list.

The only exception is bar service. All alcohol and bartending services are provided exclusively through Highbanks.

Yes, with prior approval! We love when couples include their furry family members in their special day. Pets may be permitted to participate in the ceremony with advance approval from Highbanks.

Otherwise, we ask that pets remain at home. Service animals are always welcome.

Yes! Highbanks offers ample on-site parking for you and your guests, along with designated parking areas for the wedding party and vendors. Golf cart assistance is also available to help guests get between the parking area, venue and ceremony site as needed.

Absolutely! Highbanks offers a beautiful lakeside ceremony site as well as our large covered porch for outdoor ceremonies.

And if the weather has other plans, no worries! Your ceremony can be moved indoors, and our team will take care of flipping the space for your reception afterward.

Highbanks does not currently offer on-site lodging, but there are several lodging options within a short drive of the venue. We’re happy to provide recommendations for you and your guests!

Absolutely! The Elizabeth and The Sarah wedding collections include access to Highbanks for your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, giving you one more opportunity to gather with your favorite people before the big day.
